Live Music New Year's Eve!

Live Music and Game Night!


Wednesday, December 23rd, join us for live guitar music with Sam Cavanaugh and Game Night. We have cribbage, cards, dice, Scrabble, Clue, and Jenga, or feel free to bring your own games! Music will start about 7:00 p.m.

Christmas Eve


Well, we can pretend we're in Hawaii...Keola's playing ukulele on Christmas eve. Come down to the Larkspur for a festive night. We'll have appetizers, drinks, desserts, and a special dinner menu featuring local fish. Reservations and Hawaiian shirts welcome but not required.

December Open Mic!



December's Open Mic at the Larkspur will benefit Sitka Folk Festival...come down to play, or just come down and listen.

We'll have our brunch and lunch menu 10am to 2pm with espresso, tea, and mimosas, then reopen for dinner and Open Mic sign-ups at 6pm. Performances start at 7pm. We'll have some new beer and wine selections, Gimbal Botanicals tea, organic spiced cider, and an appetizer and dinner menu. See you there!

Dan Evans Book Release and Signing

Crooked Still

November Open Mic!


The next Open Mic will be on the 5th Sunday of this month, November 29th. We're open 10am-3pm for brunch and lunch, and reopen at 6pm for dinner and sign-ups. Open Mic starts at 7pm. Come down and perform your cover songs, original tunes, poems, spoken word, or interpretive dance!
We'll have appetizers, dinner, drinks, and dessert.

Game Night and Live Music

Open Mic Night


Join us for the September Open Mic tonight!

Keola and Zak live at the Larkspur

Homeskillet Fest

Homeskillet opens this year with a performance by Steve Arvey at the Larkspur this Wednesday, July 15th. Music begins at 7:00 p.m. with local acts opening, and Steve starts playing at 8:00 p.m. Tickets are $10 and will be available only at the door.

Also join us Thursday night at 10:00 p.m. for some live music following the show at the Sheet Ka Kwaan Naa Kahidi Community House.

Homeskillet Music Fest Silent Auction




The Larkspur is hosting a silent auction to benefit Homeskillet Music Fest. The art up for bid includes silver jewelry carved by Nick Galanin and Dave Galanin, paintings by Sarah Lawrie, Katie Mulligan, and Michael Bricker, and an illustrated haiku from Norm Campbell and John Straley.

Live at the Larkspur


Silver Jackson, aka Nick Galanin, and band will play live at the Larkspur on this Friday night, April 3rd. Come down for some food, drinks, and music!

Desserts and Brunches



We've been adding various baked goods to the menu. This week we've had New York Cheesecake with candied kumquats, pumpkin bundt cake, and pear pecan bread. Sometimes Amy makes Michelle Obama's pistachio-pecan-amaretto shortbread and coconut bread with pineapple butter, too.

We're also serving Sunday brunches. Last week we had sweet crepes, including a crepe with local salmonberry jam and creme fraiche, and savory crepes, omelettes, potatoes, espresso drinks, and mimosas.

Join us between 4pm and 10pm Wednesdays through Saturdays, and between 10am and 10pm on Sundays. Larkspur hours to expand in May.

Our Drink Menu

We have espresso drinks including lattes, cappucinos, mochas, and Americanos made with organic beans from K-Bay Caffe of Homer, Alaska. You can also try a spicy Mexican Mocha or Mexican Hot Chocolate.

Our Fair-Trade organic Columbian coffee is locally roasted by Mike at Sailor's Choice, and we have an assortment of natural juices, spritzers, teas, iced coffee drinks, and kombucha.

Larkspur Menu Opening Week

Our menu is a little different everyday so we can use fish and produce that is as fresh as possible. Some of our menu items this week include:

*Proscuitto Panini on homemade focaccia bread with pesto, tomato, sauteed red onion, radiccio, arugula, and cheddar

*Goat cheese, portobello mushroom, and rosemary puff pastry

*Cold smoked Sockeye lox on rye toast with cream cheese and capers

*Country kale soup with Great Northern Beans, celery, carrots, and vegetarian chipotle sausage

*Marinated black cod with brown rice and baby bok choy

*Roasted sweet potatoes, red potatoes, and red bell peppers with pesto

*Brie plate with fresh fruit, roasted spiced pecans, and homemade focaccia bread

*Savory plate with cheeses and spiced nuts, and featuring Mole Salami, spiced with cinnamon, chocolate, ancho and chipotle peppers, and Winter Salami, spiced with peppercorns and garlic, both from Salumi's of Seattle

Our hours will expand soon, but for now our hours are:

Monday-Tuesday closed
Wednesday-Saturday 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
